Our Story
SunShine Solar Cleaning Corby — Solar Panel Cleaner Since 2015
Sunshine Solar Cleaning Corby is a local solar panel cleaning business built around a straightforward idea: if you have invested in solar, it deserves careful upkeep. We clean panels on homes and managed sites across the area, removing the dust, pollen, bird mess and everyday film that can sit on the glass. Our work is practical, tidy and focused on treating each array with the care we would want at our own place.
We started in 2015 because Corby was growing quickly, from established streets around Corby Old Village and Danesholme to newer homes at Priors Hall Park and Oakley Vale. More roofs meant more solar installations, and people needed a reliable local team that understood safe access, changing weather and the importance of leaving no mess behind. We have stayed local because these are the streets, schools, parks and businesses we know.
On every visit, we look at the condition of the panels, work methodically and use equipment suited to solar glass and frames. We care about clear communication before we arrive, respectful work around your garden or driveway, and a proper final check before we leave. Whether your panels overlook West Glebe Park, sit near the Corby Cube, or are on a quieter property towards Great Oakley, the standard remains the same.
If your array is due some attention, get in touch for a clear, no-pressure conversation. Tell us a little about your roof, access and the number of panels, and we will help you understand the next sensible step. We are always glad to speak with local residents, landlords and property managers who want a dependable cleaning service close to home.
What We Stand For
The Standards Behind Every Clean
Our values are not slogans; they guide how we plan, carry out and finish each visit.
Careful Panel Handling
Solar panels are designed to work outdoors, but their glass, frames and cabling still deserve a measured approach. We assess the array before starting and select methods intended for solar surfaces rather than treating it like a general roof-cleaning job. On a home near Oakley Road or a newer property at Priors Hall Park, we work steadily around edges, brackets and nearby features. The aim is a clean finish without unnecessary force or disruption.
Respect for Your Space
A cleaning visit should not take over your day or leave a trail through the garden. We plan access with you, take care around paths, planted areas, cars and outdoor furniture, then leave the work area orderly. This matters just as much on a compact Beanfield driveway as it does at a larger property near East Carlton. We also keep you informed if weather or access changes the plan.
Straightforward Local Service
Since 2015, we have built our work around clear answers and realistic expectations. You will receive an honest view of the access, condition and likely scope before the job is arranged, rather than vague promises. For local property managers with several panels or sites, we can discuss practical scheduling around occupants and site activity. Being based on Burdock Street means we understand the area and remain accountable to the people we serve.
Why Choose Us
Local Care For Panels That Perform
Corby rooftops face everyday airborne dust, pollen, bird deposits and residue that can dull a panel’s surface. We bring established local know-how, a careful working method and straightforward communication to every visit.
Panel-Safe Cleaning Methods
Solar panels need a cleaning approach that respects the glass, frames and surrounding roofline. We assess access and visible soiling before selecting a careful wash method suited to the installation. Our focus is on lifting surface contamination without harsh, unnecessary treatment. You get a tidy, considered service designed around the equipment already on your roof.
Pure-Water Finish
A clear finish matters when sunlight needs to reach the cells beneath the glass. We use purified water to rinse away loosened dirt and help avoid the mineral spotting associated with ordinary tap water. Panels are left to dry naturally with no sticky residue added to the surface. This approach is especially useful for homes around Oakley Vale and Priors Hall Park.
Roofline-Aware Access
Every property presents a different access picture, from compact estates in Beanfield to detached homes near Corby Old Village. We look at panel position, ground conditions, gutters, conservatories and nearby landscaping before work begins. That preparation helps us work efficiently while treating your outside space with respect. We will explain the practical plan clearly rather than leaving you guessing.
Established Local Experience
Since 2015, Sunshine Solar Cleaning Corby has built its work around the needs of local solar-panel owners. We understand the mixture of newer developments, traditional village properties and business premises found across the area. That experience helps us anticipate access questions and the types of build-up commonly seen on exposed arrays. You receive service from a team rooted in the community it serves.
Straightforward Service Advice
You should be able to make an informed decision without a confusing sales pitch. We discuss what is visible on your panels, what the visit involves and whether routine cleaning makes sense for your site. If access, shading or a condition outside cleaning needs attention, we will say so plainly. Clear advice helps you plan maintenance with confidence.
Respectful Site Care
A professional visit should leave the area around your property looking as cared for as when we arrived. We work thoughtfully around driveways, paths, planting, outdoor furniture and shared access where relevant. Our team aims to keep disruption low and keeps you informed when access is needed. It is the kind of considerate service local property managers and residents can rely on.
